Das Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut und die Ware wurde auch tadellos geliefert. Einzig die Lieferzeit kann auf jeden Fall verbessert werden und die Kostenangabe für den Versand muss man richtig stellen. Es wird angegeben, dass der Versand kostenlos ist, wenn man aber nicht "Abgabestelle" auswählt kostet der Versand knapp 11,-- Euro.

I paid for express delivery between 24/48h and I didn't receive the parcel until after 72h, and on contacting the after-sales service I received no reply and I think the message wasn't even received by the after-sales service because of a computer bug on the site. Bad shopping experience

Indeed, brands sometimes ask you to return damaged rackets. If they deem it to be a manufacturing defect, they will send you a new racquet as a replacement.

I just checked with your tracking number, it says that they try to deliver the parcel today but you were not available.
Unfortunately once we send the package, we can't do anything about the delivery time and sometime it takes more time to arrive.

Order placed and paid for but the snowshoe was out of stock. I received two emails in a row telling me that the snowshoe was out of stock and then one telling me that my parcel had been dispatched... nothing to understand. The packaging was very weak. The parcel was damaged, which caused a delay. but in the end i received the same damaged parcel. parcels should be better packed. visually, everything went well with the racket, i hope there won't be any surprises in the future. the manager was in contact, thank you.
