Wilson Pro Bela V2 2023 racquet that has kept its performance only a few matches. The racquet is not quality. It is really frustrating for a racquet at almost 200euros. I've asked for an exchange for another racket and I'm waiting for their reply. Very disappointed.

Response from Padel Reference
Hello Steven,

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us and we are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your racquet. My colleague has emailed you back and, as stated in our terms of use, it is unfortunately not possible for us to make an exchange once the racquet has been used.

We remain at your disposal should you require advice on other snowshoe models. Thank you for your understanding.

Yours faithfully

I received my racket on time, but the grip ripped off when I removed the packaging, probably because it had been overheated. I sent an e-mail with photos and asking for a commercial gesture in the hope of getting a new grip, but there was no reply to my e-mail. After-sales service leaves a lot to be desired, I'm disappointed with the site.
