Wilson Pro Bela V2 2023 racquet that has kept its performance only a few matches. The racquet is not quality. It is really frustrating for a racquet at almost 200euros. I've asked for an exchange for another racket and I'm waiting for their reply. Very disappointed.

I received my racket on time, but the grip ripped off when I removed the packaging, probably because it had been overheated. I sent an e-mail with photos and asking for a commercial gesture in the hope of getting a new grip, but there was no reply to my e-mail.
