When you buy a racket advertised at 355g and it's actually 374g. I wanted this snowshoe to be more maneuverable, but it's not. On the other hand, it has excellent vibration absorption.

Brands announce weights for their rackets that can vary +/- 10 grams.
That's why we've developed a new service that lets you choose the weight of your racket for more power, maneuverability or something in between.
You can also contact us to find out what weights are available before you place your order, so that our order pickers can choose the racquet that's right for you.

Wilson Pro Bela V2 2023 racquet that has kept its performance only a few matches. The racquet is not quality. It is really frustrating for a racquet at almost 200euros. I've asked for an exchange for another racket and I'm waiting for their reply. Very disappointed.

I received my racket on time, but the grip ripped off when I removed the packaging, probably because it had been overheated. I sent an e-mail with photos and asking for a commercial gesture in the hope of getting a new grip, but there was no reply to my e-mail. After-sales service leaves a lot to be desired, I'm disappointed with the site.

Indeed, brands sometimes ask you to return damaged rackets. If they deem it to be a manufacturing defect, they will send you a new racquet as a replacement.
