Package delivered in a deplorable state

After-sales service is not okay, return costs 20€ from Belgium while the order was not okay

Shipping time was longer than stated, and I don't know if this weight program really found a city, or if I was still sent a paddle racket that could first be grabbed from stock...

Received in perfect condition. Unfortunately, it took a while and the specified depot for pickup was not the right one, so I had to drive to another one. However, I received a response to my inquiries every time, and therefore I am very satisfied overall.

Not happy with the Delivery, paid 30,00 EU for Home Delivery after a week of waiting I was informed to go and pick it up.

The racket was marked from 350 to 360 g and arrived at 345 g.

The delivery was very fast, however, the return of an item from the order is very complicated and is done at one's own expense to France.

The articles are great and the quality is top-notch, but to improve, I think it's important to include the dimensions of the clothing because, for my part, they all fit smaller than I imagined.

I have received the paddle rackets from Nox, but the processing of the surface specifications was not done cleanly. Of the 100 rackets delivered, which I ordered due to a discount, one has visible defects. I find that unfair.

Unfortunately, I received the heavier racket instead of the lighter one. However, they responded immediately and gave me a discount.

The stock is not managed directly, I ordered a racket, but it's only after a few days that I learn that it's no longer available.

Describe your articles better, the Addidas strap is different from other snowshoes, and I find that you don't propose a solution when we notice it all because we have to remove the plastic to see it and the return becomes impossible.

Padel Thermo Bag (Babolat) As a new customer, this is the second time I've ordered from this online store. I ordered this bag on 3/10/2023, received it on 9/10/203. (Belgium) This Thermo bag is magnificent, of very good quality with several compartments. You can put 4 rackets with a few balls and drinks in the cooler. The positive point: the order tracking, the price, the quality of the product. Negative point: delivery time I also wanted to mention that my first order was the purchase of a new Babolat Technical Viper 2023 racket on 29/09/23. Unfortunately, this high-end racket has a manufacturing defect. At the moment, Padel Référence is making the necessary arrangements, awaiting a reply from them. I'll give you my final opinion once I've sorted out the problem, but I think everything will be back to normal in the next few days. That's why I put ?? ?? ?? for now. I have no doubt that this online store will only make new customers!

At 170 euros per racket. I expected better packaging and a protective cover for the racket. And not a single racket in 2 bubbles, wandering around in a box 3 times too big and unprotected.

Speed in sending and receiving the order, free delivery but in the end the price was higher than on other sites for the same product reference. I will not buy from this site again.
