Package received without problem, shoes conform to the product presented on the site. Comfort is the only issue, as the insole is quite thin and feels like it lacks cushioning, especially in the heel and forefoot. Solved by purchasing a comfort insole.

Although I had been able to buy the lavender model online, it was finally out of stock and I had to choose another model instead. I was disappointed, as the Lavender matched perfectly with some of my outfits. That said, the other model was sent quickly, and it's lovely, nothing to say.
