I urgently needed 125 C5 envelopes to send invitations. The announced deadline was 2 working days. Not seeing anything coming, I found another supplier, cheaper (!!!) who provided me with the envelopes in 45 minutes. I am now stuck with 125 expensive and useless envelopes. Never again Makkura!!!

The order was shipped on time, the package arrived at the pickup point 3 days after shipping, and the pickup was done more than a week later.
If you no longer needed it, you just had to not pick up the package and inform us. The package would have been returned and we would have automatically refunded the order.
If you wish, you can still send us back the envelopes for a refund.
