Order placed with a delivery guarantee by Chronopost that arrived more than eight days later. There is no instruction manual in the box to explain how to charge the converter or adjust the nib. Too bad.

Unfortunately, once the package is handed over to the carrier, we no longer have control over what happens next. Generally, it goes as planned, Chronopost delivers in 24 hours, but here I have no explanation for the incident that delayed your shipment. Perhaps the cyberattack against the post office?
