The presentation of the agenda pages is not what I expected. Your advertisement lacks clarity. At the price - which I do not contest, but which remains high for this agenda, one could expect better care in the presentation of the product at the time of ordering.

Response from Papeterie Makkura
Hello,
We are trying to make the most complete descriptions possible as well as high-resolution images. I am sorry that this is not enough. Could you tell me more about what is not suitable in the description? So that we can improve for next time?

Top service. I made an unfortunate mistake in my order by swapping 2 items that looked very similar and were the same price. An email was enough to immediately correct the problem. Items ordered on the weekend, available for pickup the following Wednesday.
