Hello, very pleased with my order! But wouldn't it be better to send them by post (the envelopes don't weigh much, for worldwide relays).

satisfied with the order and the products, but not with the delivery Colissimo sucks, unable to deliver on the spot, had to pick up the parcel at a relay point and get the info in the spam, maybe change the delivery method?

I'm sorry to hear that you received a notepad instead of the product you ordered (set of 10 A5 sheets + envelopes).
If we have made a mistake, please do not hesitate to contact us again for the correct product or a refund.

Superb products, impossible to find elsewhere, hence the prices... I'm delighted. The packaging is extremely well done, Japanese style. It's a pity I had to pay customs fees for an international rate, even though Martinique is French...

Purchase of a traveler's notebook as a gift for a connoisseur. Wide choice of items. Extremely fast delivery and careful packaging. On the other hand, it took more than 30 minutes to place the order, let's assume that's due to Internet traffic jams...

On the speed of shipment, communication and quality of packaging. Nothing to say, it's impeccable. On the other hand, I'm taking off one star because the Mondial Relais selection system no longer allows me to choose relay points near my home as it used to. With each successive order, the choice has diminished, forcing me to use Colissimo.

Item conforms to the order, with a small drawback, but perhaps not related to Makkura stationery: I only received an e-mail informing me that I had 3 days left to collect my parcel from the collection point, without any previous e-mail. This in no way detracts from the quality of the product or the speed of delivery. I warmly recommend

Order processed and shipped quickly. However, I have a question: I don't have a manufacturer's warranty certificate for my item (Pilot fountain pen). Is this normal?

Hello,
Thank you for your comment. Regarding the warranty, the invoice is the document that serves as a warranty.

The order does not correspond to the desired product. I have contacted the site but have not received any reply. Is it possible to return the product and get a refund? It's a pity that no return/exchange paper is added to the order. Cdlt.

Hello,
I replied to you on February 5, asking if the product is not what you ordered or if you've changed your mind about buying it.
The return procedure is not the same in each case.

clip and collect' in a residential building, putting the customer in difficulty: no name of the company on the intercom; impossible to get his parcel?

Translated reviews

Response from Papeterie Makkura Published on 03/02/2022

Hello,
We do everything we can to facilitate Click & Collect.
However, you were able to collect your parcel without any problem.
I think your note is very unfair, especially as we make it clear on the site that there is no physical store.

A very good site for stocking up on Japanese stationery, which is not always easy to find on French retailers. However, I regret the absence of more affordable fountain pens such as Pilot's metropolitan model, or the Taiwanese brand TWSBI whose products offer very good value for money :)
