Order placed with a delivery guarantee by Chronopost that arrived more than eight days later. There is no instruction manual in the box to explain how to charge the converter or adjust the nib. Too bad.

Response from Papeterie Makkura
Hello Antoine,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are sorry to hear that the delivery was so long; the package was shipped on the 23rd for delivery on the 24th. Unfortunately, once the package is handed over to the carrier, we no longer have control over what happens next. Generally, it goes as planned, Chronopost delivers in 24 hours, but here I have no explanation for the incident that delayed your shipment. Perhaps the cyberattack against the post office?
Please feel free to contact us directly for any questions or assistance regarding your product.
Best regards,
The Makkura Stationery Team

I really like the incense and the porcelain incense holder from Seto. It was the shipment to a relay other than expected that bothered me, we pay for a service that is not respected.
