The order does not correspond to the desired product. I have contacted the site but have not received any reply. Is it possible to return the product and get a refund? It's a pity that no return/exchange paper is added to the order. Cdlt.

We do everything we can to facilitate Click & Collect.
However, you were able to collect your parcel without any problem.
I think your note is very unfair, especially as we make it clear on the site that there is no physical store.

Order went very well. Fast delivery. Careful packaging. The products are superb. I withdraw one star because being on my first order, I entered the coupon received when registering and the promised 5% discount was not applied despite the insertion of the code at the time of ordering. Too bad

A very good site for stocking up on Japanese stationery, which is not always easy to find on French retailers. However, I regret the absence of more affordable fountain pens such as Pilot's metropolitan model, or the Taiwanese brand TWSBI whose products offer very good value for money :)

Fast and efficient. Wide choice of inks and papers. However, 2 orders, and both times the paper was slightly damaged in one corner... The packaging, although complete, doesn't seem to be adapted to our carriers' gestures. Perhaps look at how other companies ship books, for example.

Delighted to have been able to find my filofax products during this confinement (direct sales interrupted on their site).
