This isn't my first order, I keep coming back to Makkura. Your catalog is unique, your prices within my reach, and my last order of Rhodia dotBooks went very well, as usual, not to mention that these notebooks are truly exceptional.

The order does not correspond to the desired product. I have contacted the site but have not received any reply. Is it possible to return the product and get a refund? It's a pity that no return/exchange paper is added to the order. Cdlt.

Response from Papeterie Makkura
Hello,
I replied to you on February 5, asking if the product is not what you ordered or if you've changed your mind about buying it.
The return procedure is not the same in each case.
Best regards,
Karolina

clip and collect' in a residential building, putting the customer in difficulty: no name of the company on the intercom; impossible to get his parcel?

Response from Papeterie Makkura
Hello,
We do everything we can to facilitate Click & Collect.
However, you were able to collect your parcel without any problem.
I think your note is very unfair, especially as we make it clear on the site that there is no physical store.

Order went very well. Fast delivery. Careful packaging. The products are superb. I withdraw one star because being on my first order, I entered the coupon received when registering and the promised 5% discount was not applied despite the insertion of the code at the time of ordering. Too bad

Order received promptly. Delighted with the quality of the products purchased (notebook and inserts). Received in perfect condition. Very efficient, very professional tracking of the parcel (immediately informed of a problem with the availability of a parcel relay, rapid re-routing to a new one). I'm already looking forward to my next order.
