The order I placed with Makkura stationery has given me complete satisfaction: very fast dispatch, efficient packaging, friendly exchanges. The ilot Falcon fountain pen I'm starting to get to grips with is magnificent, with a very supple nib, even if I can't yet get all the full and loose strokes I'd hoped for. All that's left is practice!
