Article ordered on May 4th, received on June 30th. I had to call regularly to get information... no apology message. No commercial gesture, a 5 euro voucher with obligation to buy...

I am extremely satisfied with my order from Makkura Stationery. The service is impeccable and I needed Tomoe River paper notebooks. The Octopus Diplomat ink is wonderful. See you soon.

Shipping and delivery times were fast (Mondial Relay). Each item is carefully wrapped in tissue and/or bubble paper, depending on its fragility. It's a great satisfaction to receive intact stationery and quality products. Thank you for your business!

An excellent site with very high quality stationery products, fast and reliable delivery, an immediate response if you have a question, even late at night. A site that deserves more than a detour, as far as I'm concerned, I do all my shopping now at Papeterie Makkura.
