Very satisfied with my 1st order. Very good quality products. Fast and careful delivery. However, I couldn't subscribe to the newsletter and benefit from the 10% discount. Disappointed in that respect...

Package well received with the material ordered. No surprises about the contents. I appreciated the availability of the products.

I would have liked to receive an ink cartridge to try out my fountain pen.

The product is as expected as it is a Midori notebook so no issues there, after all it is the same product regardless of who sells it. My review is of Papeterie Makkura and the reason for 2 stars is I was very disappointed that it took almost a week for delivery which is very poor for an item as small and light as an A6 pocket notebook at a delivery charge of €5,90! And that was not even to my house but to my local post office as delivery to my house would have cost a couple of euros more! Honestly for that price I had expected 1 day delivery not 6 days. Next time I will just order from Amazon or Cultura as the price is the same but delivery is much faster and more convenient with it being delivered to my home and not a post office. A shame as I had hoped to be able to support a smaller business but they need to improve their delivery options. There are far cheaper options as I have bought items from many small businesses that do not charge so much and can still do less than 2 day deliveries to my actual home so I have no idea what is going on with their delivery arrangements.

Great product. But delivery times from Paris to Paris are a bit long.

a reading error led me to believe that the cartridge prices were for 4 packs and not just one.

No French instructions on how to use the pen. A bit expensive for a pen made in China.

My item arrived damaged

Ink bottles had faulty lids and leaked during delivery. Otherwise sevice was excellent.

Packaging to be improved

Perfect, except for delivery to a relay point other than the one indicated.

Long delivery (5 days) and parcel arrives partly crushed. It's a shame because it was shipped quickly

The items were well packed and exactly what I ordered. It was easy to order and make the payment. Also the variety of inks is very good in the shop. But... I would like the e-mail ads to come in english as I do not speak french. Also the shipping cost was too high and for that price it shouldn´t take more than a week to deliver(ordered from Italy at the same time, half the shipping cost and half the shipping time mon-thu). If you get that in order I will certainly order again. So all and all it was good with small bad details, thank you.

The order went very well, the delivery went very badly. I was changed twice from one relay to another and the last one I didn't choose was far from my home.

Very good quality products. The order arrived quickly. However, I would have liked the products to be a little better packed in the parcel.

I paid for shipping with FedEx Express as that was the only option for international shipping and it should have arrived in 1-3 days but they send it with another courier that took 2 weeks to arrive.

I was disappointed to have to wait three weeks (I wrote a check but didn't see that it involved three weeks).

Overall, I'm quite satisfied, but one of the notepads was damaged because of the packaging.

I'll break the score down into two parts: - The first: the order was compliant and received promptly, the parcel was well prepared, and the quality was always top-notch. I'd give it 5 stars without question; - The second: on the other hand, what spoils the note is that the Mondial Relay point I had requested was not respected. As a result, I had to travel by car in an area where it's notoriously difficult to get around and park due to a lack of spaces, 1 hour there and back, even though the Mondial Relay point I'd requested is a 5-minute walk from my home. And that, frankly, made me a little uneasy.
