Hello, the delivery was very long.

I am very satisfied with the selection and the speed of delivery. Unfortunately, I had an error in the order, I am waiting for a response from customer service to receive the item not received.

I love the products offered by Papeterie MAKKURA, but my last shopping experience was very complicated. I had to follow up several times to finally learn that the notebook I had purchased ... was no longer in stock, even though it was when I bought it! It took more than a month for it to arrive, and if I hadn't followed up, I wouldn't have heard anything. There needs to be better communication efforts with customers, please.

I only give 3 stars for the overall experience not knowing where the delivery delay issue was. 4 1/2 weeks for 2 notebooks and a ruler. Otherwise, I would give 5 stars for the quality of the purchases.

Ink bottles had faulty lids and leaked during delivery. Otherwise sevice was excellent.

Long delivery (5 days) and parcel arrives partly crushed. It's a shame because it was shipped quickly

The items were well packed and exactly what I ordered. It was easy to order and make the payment. Also the variety of inks is very good in the shop. But... I would like the e-mail ads to come in english as I do not speak french. Also the shipping cost was too high and for that price it shouldn´t take more than a week to deliver(ordered from Italy at the same time, half the shipping cost and half the shipping time mon-thu). If you get that in order I will certainly order again. So all and all it was good with small bad details, thank you.

Product not as expected

Overall, I'm quite satisfied, but one of the notepads was damaged because of the packaging.

I'll break the score down into two parts: - The first: the order was compliant and received promptly, the parcel was well prepared, and the quality was always top-notch. I'd give it 5 stars without question; - The second: on the other hand, what spoils the note is that the Mondial Relay point I had requested was not respected. As a result, I had to travel by car in an area where it's notoriously difficult to get around and park due to a lack of spaces, 1 hour there and back, even though the Mondial Relay point I'd requested is a 5-minute walk from my home. And that, frankly, made me a little uneasy.

No problems with the items. On the other hand, Fedex shipping leaves a lot to be desired. The parcel was left in front of the door without any form of protection...

I am satisfied with my purchases, but the 48h delivery is false! Ordered on Thursday, received on Wednesday, far from 48 hours.

Just a quick note to say that the presentation of the packaging doesn't reflect what you're selling... the little boxes of cartridges laid loose with paper on top... in a cardboard box 10 times too big... A bubble envelope with the little cartridges in a little bag with a little note would have been nice... it's a shame in France the taste for detail and pretty presentation isn't honored... Compared with Japanese shipments........

My experience is mixed for the following reasons. I placed an order for two batches of Tomoè River paper in A5 size. Although the sets were very carefully packaged, one corner of the sets was chipped. I notified the mill with photos. The stationery store offered me the option of returning the sets or a 25% discount on a repeat order. I opted for the second option, as a postal return is time-consuming and tedious. What's more, the cost of the return was not provided for by the stationery store. In the event of an incident, Amazon is more accommodating. In the end, I very quickly received the second batch in perfect condition, hence the three-star rating given the extra cost.

Fast shipping and receipt. However, an error on an item that arrived in blue instead of black.

Mixed opinion, I received my order on time but the bottle of ink opened a little in its box: the box and the bottle are stained, it's really a shame for a gift.

Very serious site in terms of delivery times. That said, the references and details concerning the products are sometimes erroneous. Nottament nlrqueon order a notebook without line and it is in fact line and even illustrations at the top and bottom of pages. The same goes for formats: I received a 5" when I thought I'd ordered an a4"... not very clear. I'd also add that some paper is expensive for draft sheet quality.

The envelopes are very pretty; I find the stationery less embellished and much less detailed, so I'm 1 bit disappointed.

I find it regrettable that shipment only took place on the Monday following my order (placed on Thursday). 8 days to receive a 25gr parcel... that's a bit too long.

Fast delivery. But: Postage cost me a 66% of the item price !!!! Item price = EUR 24.92 (100 pages of writing paper) Postage = EUR 16.50 (for Switzerland, near Geneva) That's HUGE!

Very nice stationery, very good quality, 3 stars because the price is still very high in my opinion.

It was a gift, me personally, the items are overpriced.

I am very embarrassed to give a review of Makkura Stationery, as my order was indeed sent, but with an EMPTY bag inside the parcel! Fortunately, I was reimbursed immediately after reporting this unfortunate incident by e-mail.
