Papeterie Makkuda is a good e-commerce platform with a wide range of products, and I finally found the pen I was looking for without having it shipped from Japan or USA. The shipping and delivery service was fairly quick. It's a pity I couldn’t apply the 10% discount since the promotion arrived two days after my order—considering the cost, a small token for consolation would have been appreciated. Well, maybe next time!

I have just received my order and am very happy with it. I am satisfied with my order. I sent you a message about the ballpoint pen and have not received a reply. I was wondering if the 0.5 DAY ballpoint pen has a blue refill. The pen has the original refill, which unfortunately is black. It wasn't specified in the details on your site and I didn't think to ask.

Excellent contact with the owner! Answered messages over the weekend. Order placed on Monday morning, delivery 1000 kilometers away on Tuesday by Chronopost. Original products! The only fault not attributable to Makkura stationery is the over-packaging of items by Japanese and Chinese manufacturers. They must never have heard of sustainable development...
