Package conforms, efficient follow-up. The only drawback: the box did not contain a donkey guide, contrary to what I had understood over the phone.

Over-wrapped package, a bubble envelope would have sufficed for our order. This one is exactly as described and corresponds to our expectations.

A must for stationery and writing enthusiasts. I ordered a Pelikan M800 fountain pen with an F nib and ended up with an EF nib that I didn't have in my collection: a very nice tool.
