On the speed of shipment, communication and quality of packaging. Nothing to say, it's impeccable. On the other hand, I'm taking off one star because the Mondial Relais selection system no longer allows me to choose relay points near my home as it used to. With each successive order, the choice has diminished, forcing me to use Colissimo.

Item conforms to the order, with a small drawback, but perhaps not related to Makkura stationery: I only received an e-mail informing me that I had 3 days left to collect my parcel from the collection point, without any previous e-mail. This in no way detracts from the quality of the product or the speed of delivery. I warmly recommend

A very good site for stocking up on Japanese stationery, which is not always easy to find on French retailers. However, I regret the absence of more affordable fountain pens such as Pilot's metropolitan model, or the Taiwanese brand TWSBI whose products offer very good value for money :)
