On the speed of shipment, communication and quality of packaging. Nothing to say, it's impeccable. On the other hand, I'm taking off one star because the Mondial Relais selection system no longer allows me to choose relay points near my home as it used to. With each successive order, the choice has diminished, forcing me to use Colissimo.

Item conforms to the order, with a small drawback, but perhaps not related to Makkura stationery: I only received an e-mail informing me that I had 3 days left to collect my parcel from the collection point, without any previous e-mail.
