Parafarmacia Campoamor delivers fast, reliable service with efficient shipping and timely delivery, and customers repeatedly highlight quick arrival and well-packaged orders. They emphasize attentive, helpful customer service and thoughtful extras, such as cream samples and small gifts included in packages, which add appreciated value. The shopping experience is described as easy to place orders, with accurate and correct fulfillment, competitive pricing, and reliable order tracking. Overall, customers repeatedly note fast delivery, careful packaging, and positive service as key strengths.
Never switch to acquiring the services of the transport company GLS, as their operation in Catalonia is truly disastrous, a continuous mess, real ineptitude and no respect for their customers. On the other hand, the transport service you use, NACEX, is perfect and recommended here in this Catalonia region, we appreciate the seriousness and formality of the transport company that brings our orders home. Otherwise, I am satisfied with your overall performance. Keep it up. Thank you very much and best regards.

Response from Parafarmacia Campoamor
We sincerely appreciate your detailed comment and your trust in our service. We deeply regret the bad experiences you have had with the transport company GLS and greatly value that you share this information with us. We are pleased to know that the NACEX service has met your expectations in terms of seriousness and formality, especially in your area. For us, the complete customer experience is a priority, and transport is a fundamental part of it. We also appreciate your words of recognition towards our overall performance. We will continue to work with the same commitment to always offer you quality service. We remain at your complete disposal. Best regards and our sincerest thanks.
