I ordered a makeup remover oil from the Atache brand through Miravia and I received the gel. I did not return it due to all the hassle it entails but I am clear that I will not order again from this pharmacy.

We regret your rating very much. We contacted you requesting a photo of the received product to verify the error and manage the corresponding solution, but we did not receive a response from you. Without that information, we could not proceed with any change. We understand your dissatisfaction, but we are always willing to resolve any incident if given the opportunity. If in the future you decide to give us another chance, we will be happy to assist you. Best regards.
