Twice they sent the wrong reference. The second time, I sent an email to complain and I still haven't received a response, even though several days have passed.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused. It seems to be a catalog error, as the product image was not updated. The pickup is already scheduled for the 10th at the agreed address.

I placed an order on June 1st for 100 euros that I have not received and I need it. I have written to the pharmacy and called, they never answer. I have contacted InPost and they won't give me a response about what happened for up to 20 days. The least is that the seller answers me and takes responsibility for that order, what should I do now????????? Don't buy here, I hope they give me a solution and I can change my mind.

We regret the incident and appreciate your patience while we resolve what happened.

The truth is that they usually have good prices, and the service is quite fast, I don't know if it's due to the proximity to the city where I live, due to their organization, or both. Regards

My order has been sent to another city.
Translated reviews
Response from Parafarmacia Campoamor
We are very sorry for what happened and we apologize for the inconvenience. According to what they tell us, it was due to a computer error from the transport company, which showed a point with a postal code that did not correspond to the proximity of your home, although it was the point selected when placing the order. They are working to resolve it and the agency will contact you to manage a new shipment.

It's not your fault, but GLS took 3 days for delivery when it was only supposed to be dropped off at the pickup point, instead of 24 or 48 hours, which would have been appropriate; it took 4 days, excessive when for 2 euros more I could have had it at home the next day.

Response from Parafarmacia Campoamor
We apologize for the inconvenience caused. In this case, the delay was the responsibility of GLS, and we have already opened an incident for your case so they can review it. Thank you for informing us.
