Ordering online has been almost impossible. The form does not work, I have been struggling for hours. They do not answer the phone. At any time. Never. There is a virtual assistant to solve problems, which when you have answered everything it asks, takes several days thinking and ends up telling you that it cannot help you. If what they want is to sell online, they have a lot of work to do. I insisted with the form and finally I was able to place the order. I fought so much because the price was really good. For the price and the speed of delivery, I give them a 10.
