It is misleading to put 'free shipping' at the beginning of the purchase and then additional costs appear at the end. Picking up the package from this transport company is complicated.

We are very sorry that the information seemed confusing to you. We would like to inform you that shipping is free at Nacex Shop points from 20€, and this condition is clearly indicated during the purchase process. Nevertheless, we appreciate your comment and will take it into account to continue improving.

Well, for now, I don't know why this is the first time I buy here, and I will see in future purchases how they really work with the purchase I made, I am very satisfied. The only problem was with the carrier who behaved a bit poorly and delayed the package by five days.
