They sent me a package a month late, the perfume arrived broken, they responded in a generic way after the 6th email even though they received the package, and they no longer respond to my emails for the complaint after two months and 9 emails. Fraudulent site, legal action is underway.

Customer service is terrible and SCAM. Despite a large order of 15 perfumes I hardly had any follow-up on my order, one perfume was missing from my order so I sent an email then another to get a refund or a reshipment of the forgotten product but it has been almost a month that I have not had a response and I certainly will not. Be careful if you order you have a one in two chance of having an unresolved issue. Half reliable site.

I did not appreciate the experience at all. I ordered 3 perfumes, 2 small and one large, I received the 2 small ones but not the large one. I sent them a message to tell them, SILENCE from their side. Since then I have been waiting for their response, nothing at all. Honestly, it's not nice to do that to a customer, anyway don't order on their site you will never get a response from them
