Too bad we can't give 0 stars, I ordered a perfume, on the product sheet it says 'amber & leather' and when I received the product it's not amber & leather but 'opulence leather', which is not the same thing, and I paid 20€ more than on Amazon. I contacted customer service by email for a possible return, and never got a response. I will never order again on the site, which sells more expensive and lower quality.

Buy on shein. Sorry but it's not the real perfume at all! Old green plastic on the logo and a logo that has come off. And not at all the same smell as the real perfume on the official site. For the price, might as well order the real one for 10€ more. I will never order again!

Package never received more than a month and a half later. Reported to the seller but no response. There is a tracking number but the package was never received by the carrier, so it never arrived. The label was just created. I do not recommend! To be avoided.

They sent me a package a month late, the perfume arrived broken, they responded in a generic way after the 6th email even though they received the package, and they no longer respond to my emails for the complaint after two months and 9 emails. Fraudulent site, legal action is underway.
