We had a great experience on the boat. The view was great from anywhere in the cabin, the service was fantastic, and we enjoyed the food as well. I brought three kids ages 3-8 on board, and they also had a great experience. The live music, virgin cocktail in a flute, and map to follow along helped them feel engaged. My daughter also has an allergy, which they accommodated as if they do it all the time. The value for the cost was absolutely positive.

Pleasant outing however the guide could be a bit clearer and more personalized. We hear the description in 3 languages and the location is not always described at the right time. Moreover, the noise of children shouting at each bridge does not help. It would be interesting to have personal guides possibly via a smartphone app or something else.

There should be signs at the RER exit because we don't know which side of the bridge we are on. Comments in French and English only would be sufficient because they are out of sync with the location of the boat.

Good food. View from the boat too. The crew left much to be desired. While the other tables already had wine and appetizers, mine did not and it did not seem like they would bring any. I called the waiter, he came to me and said that in Europe you cannot raise your hand to call them. I knew that very well, but in Europe, can they leave a couple's table empty who paid 430 euros for dinner?
