Very disappointing welcome. Food of poor quality and not well cooked. Furthermore, we were subject to the cancellation of the cruise tour of all the monuments due to the Seine being too high; to remedy this, they gave us two boat tickets valid for 2 years to redo the tour of the monuments, knowing that it would no longer be a cruise but a simple "visit" tour, without giving us the choice to obtain a partial refund due to this cancellation. Given the price I paid (460€), I expected much better.

Top-notch service and warm welcome. The food was good, however we were very disappointed by the place. Given the price paid, we expected a higher standard. We were integrated into a corporate group, which detracted from the experience. Furthermore, we had mentioned that someone was celebrating their birthday, but no special attention was given.

Not worth the money. The food was average, bland tasting and only 2 choices. Not enough staff to service the guests. Overpriced. If you want a better experience choose one of the other companies.

Bland cruise No explanation about the route No musical atmosphere

5 stars for the boat, but that's the end of it. The narration of the tour was so bad that we had to give up after 5 mins. People listening to their audio guide on their phone speakers, very low volume of the narrator, I still don't know what the narrator was saying.

Too many people on the ice

A beautiful visit of the most beautiful monuments of Paris seen from the Seine. We regret the quality of the sound, no explanation could be understood.

We are very disappointed with our evening on 31/12 at Cabaret Le Tropical Brazil. The only positive point concerns the quality of the meat as well as the dancers, who were professional and talented. However, the rest of the meal was mostly made up of industrial products, with no real homemade preparation, which is very disappointing for an establishment of this standing. We entered the room at 8 PM, the meal started at 8:45 PM and ended at 11:15 PM. The show lasted only 45 minutes, followed by a nightclub-type music atmosphere, which does not correspond to what one expects from a cabaret. Moreover, the room was not heated, which made the evening very uncomfortable: we were cold throughout the event. For a price of 250 € per person, the service offered seems totally inappropriate and does not justify this price at all. Very great disappointment for an evening that was supposed to be exceptional.

Interesting experience in more. It could be improved by: 1. reducing the waiting time for customers in the cold! Improving the menu: the main dish was too common 3. the service is a bit slow and disorganized!

Disappointed, we hardly see any known buildings

The service wasn’t the best, the waitresses were kind and good, but there were too many people for the small number of them. For the price of the ticket, I don’t think it’s worth it.

Cruise on the Bateaux Mouches: as it was raining, we had to stay inside but the microphones didn't work and we didn't hear any commentary on the monuments seen which is very unfortunate.

Our tickets we purchased here didn't actually work. They did end up letting us on the boat for the Seine cruise, but it took a lot of extra time and effort on their part to figure things out, rather than just scanning a QR code and getting on.

A good organization, nothing to say. One downside: on the boat, the comments are inaudible - the speakers are "blocked" and we understand nothing... nothing... nothing. Too bad.

Expedited meal, very expensive water

It was a bit complicated to book the activity that was offered to us, and on top of that, we had to pay an extra fee to be able to reserve. The workshop to create your own wine is nice to do, but afterwards, 95 € is still expensive for what it is.

The ticket was cheaper on the official Stade de France website. Too bad I only saw it afterwards. I ended up paying 10 euros more by going through you. I thought the opposite, that's why I went through your site.

The comments were not loud enough

Waited more than 30 minutes before departure, departure delayed by 20 minutes without any information, shortened visit: we did not see Notre Dame.. once again no explanation. Feeling treated like cattle.

Staff not very welcoming. The cruise did not take place on the planned boat. Nevertheless, the cruise allowed us to see the various monuments along the Seine. It's a pity that Notre Dame is not illuminated, but you are not to blame for that!! The meal was a bit below expectations and was rushed!! You can feel that there is a need for efficiency!! Too bad!! Given the price paid of €230 for two without the bottle of still water at €8!! I do not recommend this cruise. It is better to just take the boat ride, but it's less romantic!! Hoping my opinion will be published.

Very disappointed, almost no comments and inappropriate. The lady who was commenting even addressed the passengers by comparing them to goats (it was not humor) she was angry and said it also in English. I find this deplorable, and I will no longer take the Parisian boats.

I wasn't going to leave a review, but since you asked me... I was very disappointed with my boat trip, we were sitting on the roof of the boat and as soon as the boat started, we found ourselves with a lot of people standing around us. We had no view of the quays anymore. Moreover, it was impossible to hear the explanations about the history of Paris, the sound was too low.

Very average meal

It's a shame that the trip did not go to the Statue of Liberty. Turned back just before. The route should be specified when booking... 17th 1 hour when it was logically 1 hour 10.

very nice ballad on the Seine, we were with a group of children. very kind staff we regret not having had explanations about the monuments ... there is a lack of a drinking water point for groups.

The comments are inaudible. It would be desirable for us to know the route of the boat. Our granddaughter was disappointed not to have seen Notre Dame.

Very weak and incomprehensible comments in French, nothing understood while being at the top and in front. Few comments. Given the price, it's incorrect.

The boat ride was nice, unfortunately on the upper deck there were not enough explanations in Spanish. This was not indicated at the start. A Parisian all my life, I had to act as the guide but it was not enough.

The group was well received but perhaps it would be better to reserve a special entrance for the school group or let them go first and not mix them with the public.
