Pleasant outing however the guide could be a bit clearer and more personalized. We hear the description in 3 languages and the location is not always described at the right time. Moreover, the noise of children shouting at each bridge does not help. It would be interesting to have personal guides possibly via a smartphone app or something else.

There should be signs at the RER exit because we don't know which side of the bridge we are on. Comments in French and English only would be sufficient because they are out of sync with the location of the boat.

Upon arrival, we just asked if our 82-year-old mother could go through a special access, the young employee with long hair and glasses responded to me like a dog even though my question was phrased very politely! So young lady, if you work in customer relations, the least you can do is to be polite too instead of being aggressive as she was! Disgraceful! In the future, I will choose another booking site for my next visit!

We were disturbed by many people shouting on the boat. The staff tried to stop them and thank you to them, but when they saw it wasn't working, they stopped the comments. As someone who is not an expert in the city of Paris and wanted to show the monuments to my goddaughter while teaching her things, it was a lost cause and I had to manage with the app.

It's a shame there was no announcement regarding the main sites or monuments seen along the way, also no announcement (or prior info) for the availability of the 'apéros'. Aside from these 2 remarks (which were also shared with other passengers), everything went very well.

After waiting a good half hour, we finally validate our tickets at the counter. We opted for a visit on Friday as departures were every half hour. We received no information that departures were actually every 45 minutes due to boat issues. We were with children so the wait was too long and we had to leave the queue. Unacceptable not to receive information in advance. We expect a gesture from the company that made us lose our time and money.

Very long wait despite the reservation, as there are no time slots to book, you just go there and wait to board. The experience is nice and suggestive, especially for the view of the Eiffel Tower, but they let too many people on the boat and you feel cramped.

Very pleasant staff! Even though I understand the reasons, I regret that the walk was shortened by a few places, and not the least! The most interesting places on the boat (upstairs) were closed, forced to stay on the starboard side it is more difficult to follow the order of the places described by the audio guide (which is very well done by the way).

Completely ruined with the Charles de Gaulle metro station closed and the Champs Elysées closed for May 8th, we could not make it to the meeting. There's no point in organizing these events on a public holiday. Really disappointed and money wasted with no possibility of a refund. I especially advise against it since the reservation can be made directly at the Eiffel Tower.

However, it is important to note that our boat company receives a large number of clients each day, and our menus and services are established and presented in advance to ensure a pleasant and smooth experience for all our passengers.
Unfortunately, it is technically impossible for us to modify the menu or add specific items after its publication, given the volume of requests we receive. If we were to satisfy every particular request, it would make it difficult to manage our services effectively. We add the fact that your reservation was made 5 days before your visit, the orders with suppliers (and always considering the volume) are already validated.
However, we could have added items like candles, flowers, or other decorations to make your experience more special, however these last additions, present in the catalog, were not requested.

Thank you for organizing tours and giving us the chance to 'float' on the Seine and admire Paris's history in a little time. It was a wonderful experience. I would like to have more audio commentary throughout the tour linking the information of the sites together and exposing the value of these sites in the history of France and its culture, to give a cultural importance rather than commercial, especially for foreigners and tourists. You cannot get a refund even when canceling many days in advance! A nice scam! Be careful with the fine print when you book because it is marked 'non-refundable' in small. I find it borderline! I strongly advise against this site. Moreover, I received an email asking how my service went when I couldn't even attend and they knew it! Who are they mocking... us apparently. Best regards
