We had a great time with family around a good meal and discovering Paris from the Seine is always so magical. Moreover, we enjoyed a magnificent sunset behind Notre Dame and its famous spire!

There should be ropes to prevent pushing to enter the boat bridge. Also, it's very annoying when children scream under the bridges because we miss the commentary. There should be a ban on shouting at the beginning of the walk.

Hello, The experience was excellent overall. My only advice would be to add more air conditioners in the area, as it was extremely hot and many customers were sweating. Aside from that point, everything was very well organized and we had a great time. I recommend this experience.

While we enjoyed the crisis itself, we thought the service was very haphazard with tables receiving drinks and food well before others receiving butter for our bread rolls well after we had eaten the rolls and we were a table of 3 adults and only had one bottle of wine to share with no extra offered or available while tables of 2 also had a bottle! Disappointing.

Beautiful walk on the Seine, what is just unfortunate are the loudspeakers that never stop in all languages while a QR code is offered for the guided tour, which is really a shame

A magnificent experience, with a romantic dinner on an exceptional stage. The only downside: some spectators talked during the show without a reminder to be quiet, which slightly tarnished this very beautiful moment.

We bought tickets for the same day. Upon arrival, there was a queue of 300 people. It was not possible to get through, yet when purchasing the ticket, it was mentioned that there was a fast track.

A disaster? I will indeed make a complaint, it's a commented cruise that I booked with my class. The comments were totally inaudible, from start to finish, and moreover, other classes present were running everywhere, screaming every time we passed under a bridge without anyone from the team intervening. Therefore, I will request at least a partial refund.

It's a shame to have been polluted by dozens of very, very noisy school children from Paris, which completely spoiled the enjoyment of this experience.

Beautiful city but with little cleanliness and absence of bidets in the restrooms

Very good but it's a shame that the comments are barely audible and out of sync due to the translations. In short, we have the commentary on 1 monument when we have passed it. For those discovering Paris, it's a shame.

The organization and staff were very nice but it was forbidden to take photos in certain key areas. A bit disappointed.

Hello Everything went well except that the boat left with a 1/2 hour delay so the return was delayed we couldn't enjoy the end of the evening because the bus was waiting for us given the late hour so extra charge in the fare.

Hello, you were not precise enough on how to get the tickets regarding the kiosk, pillar is ....and 30 minutes late for the restaurant... It was scheduled for 1:30 PM and the restaurant took us at 2 PM... they rushed the meal at an extreme speed. We won't do it again... regards

Very noisy, quite long to be served. The appetizer was served at the same time as the starter, I had to ask for the wine, I think there was a lack of staff.

This Seine River cruise was one of the worst experiences of our trip to Paris. We had to wait in line for more than two hours before boarding. The crowd management was terrible, and people were pushing aggressively just before we got on the boat. At one point, my 5-year-old child was almost crushed in the crowd, which was very frightening. The boat itself was outdated and poorly maintained, with broken chairs and worn facilities. Overall, the experience was stressful, uncomfortable, and not worth the time or money. I would not recommend this cruise to anyone. There are much better ways to enjoy Paris than spending hours in a chaotic queue for a disappointing boat ride. Compared to previous years, a slight disappointment regarding the quality of the meal, the service, and the atmosphere on board the boat. Fortunately, these cruise lunches still exist!!

Hello, it was a very pleasant experience, especially in this heat. I arrived late, but I was transferred to the next boat. The little 'hiccup' is that at 11 EUR for a glass of champagne, I would have appreciated it being in a glass and cold, not lukewarm. Best regards, Laure Bassan

Very good experience but a bit monotonous a bit too long

Seine cruise / canal St Martin very pleasant, the guide was excellent.

The team is welcoming, the schedules are respected. On the school trip, it was great! Except for about ten tourists standing with umbrellas that prevent the seated children from seeing the panorama. Would do it again.

The cruise on the Seine was disappointing. Almost no explanation and very little information on how to access the audioguide. Very, very disappointing.

Easy reservation but long wait on site.
