The meal served was not gourmet as indicated on the site, moreover on the menu, it is specified that half a bottle of wine and water per person, as well as coffee are included in the menu, however we had to pay for all the drinks and after payment, return the bill for these drinks.

Great guided tour with wine tasting at the Caves du Louvre in Paris. These caves are located in the hotel of Claude Trudon, sommelier and candlemaker of Louis XV. It was very informative and we drank excellent white and red wines!!

Very good telephone reception to obtain information for organizing a school outing. Receipt of tickets by email very quick. The walk was very much appreciated by the students even though we could not do the complete tour due to the Seine being in flood. The comments should be more audible when we are outside at the bottom of the boat.

Disappointing walk because the route was limited and places on the platform were prohibited. Even if the level of the Seine is certainly the cause, it would have been commercial to warn us and reduce the ticket price, for example.
