Very good service: we liked the boat, the meal, and the welcome. The only downside is the lights reflecting in the windows prevent us from enjoying the night walk on the Seine and seeing the monuments of Paris properly.

Very good experience, friendly welcome. However, with a group of children, at the top of the boat, we did not hear all the descriptions of the monuments.

The game is nice, the facilitators play their role well. You have to be really quick. The instructions were still a bit confusing in our minds at the first riddle despite very well explained instructions. We have a good memory of it. We would have liked to have access to other rooms of the opera than those opened for the classic visit. I would recommend this activity to friends

Very good outing for the children from the L'Hay les Roses leisure center. They loved discovering Paris. Just a small downside: The gentleman at the ticket reception was not very friendly (he stressed us out, almost scolded us because I hadn't taken out my cardboard folder with the tickets inside since we had just arrived with a group of 50 children). Lack of diplomacy.

Everything was perfect... or almost! The only (small) problem was that we searched for the TOSCA boat between 10:30 AM and 12 PM at the Grenelle dock without finding it. Worried, we called your services who quickly (for a Sunday morning!) informed us that the boat would only be at the dock at 12 PM. To improve your services, it would be good to inform your future clients that the boat only arrives 30 minutes before boarding. Without this small inconvenience, we would have given you 5 stars.

Beautiful walk on the Seine. The information is not always given at the moment we pass by the monuments.

Hello, Theater on March 15 in the afternoon: TB Lilly & Lilly The restaurant in the evening at 7pm: room not suitable for receiving several groups, small and poorly arranged tables.

Choice and placement of the theater piece My Lucky Day => rating 10/10! perfect :-) However, choice of the restaurant Les Diamentaires and quality of the French menu => rating 5/10, quick service (in less than an hour), not very welcoming and average quality of the menu for a Saturday night

Hello, overall the presentation and the sommelier were very good, however I find it a bit unfortunate to be timed.. you can feel that you have to hurry at the end to cork the bottle.. but otherwise it's interesting and nice in the setting.

Very difficult to find for those who are not from Paris, we ran around the quays, the seat was unreachable, we really thought we would miss the cruise. Very frustrated with the cruise, I had given this to my husband for Christmas to see all the monuments while enjoying a good meal but we only saw the Eiffel Tower and the Seine Musicale because the weather conditions did not allow us to go to the other side which I understand but the service purchased was not just a meal on the Seine it was supposed to be a visit! No commercial gesture, paying the same price while half of the service is not respected I find that shameful. I am disappointed not to have seen what the cruise promised

Hello, Very poor organization to attend the fireworks on the Champs Elysées. We arrived at 9 PM at gate 6 where we had a first security check, which we totally approve. Then we got in a queue where we waited very disciplined, after an officer told us that it was the only way to enter the Champs Elysées site for a second check. We waited for 2 hours!!! Mainly with foreign tourists (South Korea, Brazil...) who were also very respectful of the rules while people were easily cutting in line from the right or left without being turned away by the overwhelmed law enforcement. When we found ourselves a few meters from the entrance of gate 6, finally!!!! They closed the barriers telling us that the public limit had been reached, that no one would enter anymore and that we had to go to gate 13 that is to say to Concorde to try to enter.... We traveled more than 500 km (from St Étienne) to have a New Year's Eve that we hoped would be unforgettable, but I can only imagine the disappointment of tourists coming from much further away. Very poor organization in advance to manage the flows, unnecessary waiting on our part, to not see the expected show. Score 0/20!!!! Sincerely. Mrs. and Mr. Poncet

Very fast and well explained site

Everything was rather good, except the "background" music was almost inaudible and yet very annoying for the passengers present for the beauty of Paris

Very disappointed upon arrival we were supposedly (9) a children's meal so one place which meant we had to be on the boat that was not going to navigate the Seine being high it could not because too high to pass under the bridges what a disappointment for the children it was their Christmas gift to stay on board...... after having a heated discussion we finally managed to find a table on another ship and it was sailing but when we reserve for 9 why are we told impossible you are only 8 when I have indeed reserved and paid for 8 adults and 1 meal for under 12 it's the second year we do this it leaves us to think and to recommend around us I put 3 stars for this incident

One remark, the coffee was not up to the level of the other services
