Your site is fine but you’re overselling tickets I couldn’t use and I’m now waiting for a refund. Very disappointing overall.

Valentine's Day meal of good quality but I regret the lack of space with the folding tables and the chairs being very close to each other. Not comfortable to eat or even move, it's a shame. No cloakroom to keep our coats which would free up space, especially since we were not very comfortable. The team is welcoming and friendly in general. The Seine had risen so the circuit in Paris was not possible due to the height of the boat and the height of the bridges. Another circuit proposed towards the musical scene: we were informed of this before boarding with the possibility of postponing the cruise only. An email in advance to warn, especially for those who came from afar like us, would have been appreciated and the possibility to cancel the service with a full refund as well, because we had clearly paid for a service that we did not receive in full. It's easy to put people in a fait accompli! What about tourists who cannot reschedule for example? I had booked a cruise for my daughter's 24th birthday with another provider (VIP option) and there is no comparison: she was alone at her table, a "normal" table and comfortable. This cruise was correct but the conditions resembled what can be done "chain style" like fast food or medical centers. Also, the dress code for the event was not respected at all, there were sneakers here and there, in short! I give 3 stars because we ate well and the staff was nice otherwise I was rather disappointed.

Lack of decoration, especially for Valentine's Day! The timing for dinner is very quick and the service could be friendlier. However, a pleasant moment with the singer-presenter at the top with the troupe who made us have a pleasant time.

Top-notch service and warm welcome. The food was good, however we were very disappointed by the place. Given the price paid, we expected a higher standard. We were integrated into a corporate group, which detracted from the experience. Furthermore, we had mentioned that someone was celebrating their birthday, but no special attention was given.

Paris remains Paris, and it is always a delight to go there. The different renovations, especially the facades, are magnificent. I was delighted to see the renovation of the cathedral. Generally speaking, I often complain because you always have to pay to visit a monument, a museum, or something else... but here, it's free. Great. Personally, for once I would have been in favor of each visitor paying the symbolic euro, which would have allowed for the renovation of some monument. For accommodation, we chose camping: great place, absolutely to be maintained.

Not worth the money. The food was average, bland tasting and only 2 choices. Not enough staff to service the guests. Overpriced. If you want a better experience choose one of the other companies.

Hello, nice walk on January 3rd but we were surprised that the route was not the same as what you described because the boat did not go to Notre Dame Cathedral.

5 stars for the boat, but that's the end of it. The narration of the tour was so bad that we had to give up after 5 mins. People listening to their audio guide on their phone speakers, very low volume of the narrator, I still don't know what the narrator was saying.

Too many people on the ice

A beautiful visit of the most beautiful monuments of Paris seen from the Seine. We regret the quality of the sound, no explanation could be understood.

We are very disappointed with our evening on 31/12 at Cabaret Le Tropical Brazil. The only positive point concerns the quality of the meat as well as the dancers, who were professional and talented. However, the rest of the meal was mostly made up of industrial products, with no real homemade preparation, which is very disappointing for an establishment of this standing. We entered the room at 8 PM, the meal started at 8:45 PM and ended at 11:15 PM. The show lasted only 45 minutes, followed by a nightclub-type music atmosphere, which does not correspond to what one expects from a cabaret. Moreover, the room was not heated, which made the evening very uncomfortable: we were cold throughout the event. For a price of 250 € per person, the service offered seems totally inappropriate and does not justify this price at all. Very great disappointment for an evening that was supposed to be exceptional.

Home and correct dinner, festive atmosphere but in a large unheated room! Too bad!!

Very good experience that I would renew with you. Just one observation, there was too much steam which prevented seeing outside.

Beautiful cruise

Interesting experience in more. It could be improved by: 1. reducing the waiting time for customers in the cold! Improving the menu: the main dish was too common 3. the service is a bit slow and disorganized!

The problem is understanding how Paris works. How to get around and park there. Enter its museums if you are not skilled with your phone, you are in trouble. There should be a website to organize your stays.

The service wasn’t the best, the waitresses were kind and good, but there were too many people for the small number of them. For the price of the ticket, I don’t think it’s worth it.
