The boat ride was nice, unfortunately on the upper deck there were not enough explanations in Spanish. This was not indicated at the start. A Parisian all my life, I had to act as the guide but it was not enough.

For non-Parisians, the return after the fireworks was complicated because the closed stations were poorly indicated and alternative solutions were nonexistent... a lot of stress with at least 100,000 people dispersed in the streets knowing that Paris is not known for its safety...

The staff at Paris in one click was very friendly, the boat staff was very helpful. However, I took a 4-hour cruise that started around 9 PM and logically should have ended around 1 AM but actually ended before midnight.

Nice walk, easy and quick access with tickets purchased in advance online. However, we can't hear the comments, which is a shame. A QR code like at Sacré Cœur should be made so that everyone can listen to the guide with their phone.

Hello, I had booked this lunch cruise to celebrate my husband's birthday. I had specified this information when purchasing the lunch. I find it regrettable that I was given the information that an extra charge was needed for the cake and surprise music. I would have paid an extra charge without any problem. I had to ask the waiter to make a gesture; he kindly offered to put one candle on the small dessert ordered. Aside from this relatively important detail, the cruise, the meal, and the atmosphere were nice.

Where it was supposed to be 4 days of romance, it turned into 4 days of hassle; not only were there traffic jams all along the roads, but parking was even more expensive than the activities we wanted to do. There were even activities we couldn't do because it was impossible to park. We left without knowing if we would have any fines for parking. In short, it's really a shame.

After an initial approximate response to a crucial question, we were able to board as a kindergarten class with a lot of pleasure. The staff was very welcoming and the students had a great time.

Wonderful unforgettable evening!!!! Just a small downside regarding the reservation, I had specified on the phone that I was a person with reduced mobility and when I arrived at boarding, I was told that it was not noted on the reservation. Fortunately, this had no impact and we will remember this moment for a long time :)

The Latin Paradise was excellent in terms of welcome, show, and meal. The Café Fleurus was good but nothing special, but the wine was of lower quality. The sightseeing boat was appreciated. As for the hotel, very good welcome, the space is beautiful but the rooms are very small.

Beautiful day, magnificent walk. We were just disappointed with the aesthetics of the service, it could be better regarding the cutlery and especially the drink, a nice glass would be appreciated. Also the dessert. Otherwise, the starter was very simple but very good!! Good continuation.
