We were disappointed because we had requested to be on an open boat at the back like the "Jean Bruel" with 2 tables of 8 near the windows. We were on the "Zouave" quite enclosed with 2 tables in the center. Moreover, for the aperitif we did not have any appetizers even after asking 3 times.

The employees don’t know anything, they give you zero information, there is no organization and it is poorly planned. For New Year's they don't offer anything in particular, not even a hat. and the attitude of the employees, as in all of France, always leaves us expecting more from people, a shame. Aside from that, the spectacle of seeing Paris is always wonderful.

Beautiful walk and good guide but I only saw half of the visit. Too many people in front, we couldn't see anything even though we were seated outside and in the front row. People don't respect anything.

Friendly welcome and respected schedules. The magic of Paris by night worked... We had reserved a table for 6 people including one vegan menu and another more special one. Really disappointed by the latter menu: tomato salad, fish without sauce and fruit salad for 64 euros having informed at the reservation!

Very interesting guide, nice sightseeing boats. The only negative point is the restaurant: why have a traditional meal in an Asian restaurant? No space to set a table for 12 people. Disappointed at this level.

Correct price, but I would have preferred a slightly higher price and closer to the Eiffel Tower, even though I know Paris very well, it disappointed me for my little girl who accompanied me so for other tourists no doubt.
