Hello We enjoyed this outing, however in the service there was a musical entertainment planned that we did not have. Several members of our association pointed this out to me, being responsible for the outings it is a bit embarrassing for my members. It would also be necessary to make a commentary on the monuments I await your return. Best regards.

Friendly and attentive staff. Very honest dinner (except for the overly sweet and lemony tarte tatin). Too bad the view is partly blocked by the numerous restaurant barges that "cannibalize" the banks. Also a pity that the walk does not go all the way to ND ... In summary, a very good evening nonetheless!

I was disappointed not to be able to hear the comments broadcasted by loudspeaker. We were outside on the sides of the boat, and it was inaudible. The broadcasting method needs to be changed so that all travelers can hear.

Beautiful experience on the Seine, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the meal which was of good quality. The only downside is that we paid 10 euros per person or 50 euros to be next to the bay windows but all the tables had the view!! And we did not do the tour initially planned due to the rising waters but it's not the organizers' fault. Thank you for this experience

Pleasant outing however the guide could be a bit clearer and more personalized. We hear the description in 3 languages and the location is not always described at the right time. Moreover, the noise of children shouting at each bridge does not help. It would be interesting to have personal guides possibly via a smartphone app or something else.

There should be signs at the RER exit because we don't know which side of the bridge we are on. Comments in French and English only would be sufficient because they are out of sync with the location of the boat.
