I took the color brown-black. On my white hair, it turned bright orange in places, with even some orange-green parts. Fortunately, I only tried it on a hidden strand. I am really disappointed. I would like recommendations on how to fix this and achieve the dark brown color promised on the box.

Color One being a natural origin dye, it is necessary to follow some key steps during your coloring, including performing a clarifying shampoo to prepare your hair to receive the pigments and thus avoid the appearance of undesirable reflections on your white hair. I love the One coloring! I tested the natural One coloring in shade 4.0 chestnut, and frankly, it is great! It perfectly covered my highlights and the result is very natural. I am really delighted with the result. Plus, my hair remains soft and shiny. I recommend it 100%!

As usual, I am very satisfied with Mulato products. The iced brown shampoo + the iced brown repigmenting treatment allow me to give a different tone to my color; darker, shinier, with beautiful reflections that for my part lean towards copper/red (due to my own color). It gives a very beautiful result that I never tire of. I have been using these products for years depending on the colors I do, and I am always satisfied. The quality of my hair is always impeccable after these treatments, and especially lasts!

The product arrived spilled in the box. A protection on the shampoo cap would be necessary. I reported it, no commercial gesture even though a quarter of the product is missing. Disappointing for this brand!
