I was already using Mulato products in-store and during this confinement period, it was very appreciated to be able to buy directly on the site... The site is well designed and the customer is well informed as there is plenty of customer information...

Hello
I finished the green hair... I managed to remove everything finally almost ...
I will not buy the products again .. I still like the repigmenting ones...
Have a nice day

Response from Patrice Mulato EN
Hello,
Thank you for your message.
I am sorry to read that our products did not meet your expectations properly.
We had recommended via email to use our Ocre d'Havane repigmenting duo before applying Color One to avoid these green reflections. Did you follow this protocol as indicated by email?
Best regards,
Perrine

Very good
My hairdresser, who uses your coloring products on my hair, gave me the product references and I ordered it to maintain my color as I cannot go to her salon in the current situation
I ordered on your site, very clear and practical and was quickly delivered
Well done
