Fast delivery is cool. However, there is room for improvement by offering all shampoos in large format. Also, more styling products before blow-drying would be good

Very good products. It took me a while to get used to them as I was a Kerastase customer for a long time, so my hair was used to silicone!! Initially, I switched due to my animal convictions. The products are not tested on animals and are natural. For my part, once my hair got used to being chemical-free, it finally became 'manageable' with a natural movement! Finally, they can breathe. I highly recommend the brand.

I love this treatment, super effective for neutralizing the bad reflections of bleached hair and for cooling. It leaves the hair soft in addition to that! I recommend.

Response from Patrice Mulato EN
Hello, What difficulties did you encounter following your order on our site? Best regards

Hello, I have prepared the return package that I posted to you today. I had to go to the post office to return a product not ordered sent instead of another received with more than a week delay; as well as a 40 ml product that was supposed to be included in the order, finally received 1 of 30 ml. In the end, 1 sample of 20 ml as compensation for an order received after more than a week of delay, 1 trip to the post office required for return, time spent in email exchanges, etc. And exchanges that are useless as they were refused by the mediation process while my return was meant to be accommodating... Hello Madam, we are sorry for the error in your order. We would like to clarify that we made a new package the next day and were waiting for the Colissimo tracking number to send you a complete email. We indeed included 2 samples of 30ml so that you could have 60ml offered instead of the 40ml announced. However, we hope that the products will satisfy you. Furthermore, you had requested that our previous exchanges be deleted, which we did with Verified Reviews following your request. The Mulato Cosmetics team.

Difficult to find these products in stores in the countryside so I order, fast delivery. A small downside on the pump bottle of the repigmenting treatment that doesn't work very well, too thick material that doesn't come out when pressed..
