Hello,
This is surprising because when the post office or your relay point receives your package, you should receive an email to inform you.
We will report this to the post office.
Best regards,
The Mulato team

It gives beautiful reflections, but for white hair, it's not great, it gives yellow reflections, the difference is too obvious, I won't buy it again.

Hello,
We are surprised and sorry that the product did not bring you complete satisfaction.
To reduce the yellow reflections on white hair, you can use the blue earth repigmenting treatment.

Very fast shipping and very effective products but some defects on certain shampoo closures so packages sometimes filled with liquid and therefore less shampoo in the bottles

Very satisfied with the entire purchase: ordering process, delivery, product performance. Area for improvement: insufficient information on what to expect from repigmenting treatments, what choice for what case. In particular: for naturally partially whitened hair, which would like a non-covering color, for a streaked effect
