After completing the color diagnosis, I place the order for the products + shampoo and I make the mixture indicated to the exact gram. Result: green hair!!! Message sent to customer service: 0 response! So no, I do not recommend and thank you for this unpleasant surprise. For info: very light blonde hair, desired color dark blonde = diagnosis: dark blonde + golden.

We always recommend doing 2 shampoos, the second lathers more. The shampoo is used in conjunction with the treatment, it should not be done alone otherwise it can indeed dry out the hair. Mulato products are great. However, I am very dissatisfied with the delivery which was not made to the selected location, but more than 15 minutes on foot from that location. By clicking on the link that La Poste sends you for the address, we find a photo of a urinal at 4, quai de Gèvres, while the address is located in an underground parking lot, a place that is not safe at night. I urge Mulato to be vigilant with its partners, who, in this specific case, greatly devalues its reputation..

Well received my order. Fast shipping. Small downside, the care pot. It looks like it has already been opened. It's a shame there is no safety lid like face creams... because I found a small dead bug inside. After that, I can't wait to test the shampoo & care. I chose color one light brown to cover my roots and stop doing henna as it is very cumbersome for long hair!!! They were barely blonde? I had to redo a henna on top!! I was very disappointed!

I am satisfied with the product and I appreciate the fast delivery. I have light hair with highlights and I will look for a product that makes detangling easier without weighing them down; I need to be told which product I should order.
