Incomplete package and yet paid. Purchase of 4 products (received 3, with a delivery note, noted that only 3 products). After calling customer service, I was told that one of the products I paid for is no longer in stock (why not block it on the site by marking it as out of stock). I was told that I would be refunded (more than a week without news). I called back, and I was told the same thing (I am still waiting). I ordered for the first time on the site. Very fast reception time. I just tested the natural coloring 'color one', I did the test on their site to help me choose the color but the result seems too dark to me and; what is destabilizing is that the container (the bottle) is expressed in ml while to prepare your coloring it's in grams. So, it ends up being very expensive because I practically used the whole bottle just for 1 coloring.
