Very clear site, easy to navigate.
The test to choose the repigmenting products could be more elaborate by offering mixes and more shades based on the base color, for example.

Very complete site with good explanations and especially the products are excellent: I have been using the dye for years, it does not last as long as a dye with oxidant of course, but the color is perfect, does not turn orange and does not damage the hair

Honestly, I prefer the Facebook page. Much more attractive with its videos, tips, and advice

I sometimes have trouble finding the product I am looking for. You have to type the exact name otherwise through the ranges you may not necessarily find it.

Fast and careful shipping. Effectiveness to be tested on the treatment over 3 months.

Order remained pending for 13 days without explanation. I only received a response to my email once the package was received, to inform me that it had been delivered... We can do better in terms of order tracking...

I ordered 3 products, a dye, a mask, and an oil. Unfortunately, the bottle of oil was poorly closed and a good part of the product leaked into the bottom of the delivery box!

I like that the repigmenting care is in a small format because there will be less waste if I decide to change color

High shipping costs and no delivery tracking, you have to go to the site to view the status. Given the amount of shipping fees, I find it 'borderline'.

Clear site, quality products, fast delivery... for my part, I regularly use the 'color one' dye and it's a joy for my hair!

My order arrived well but in the package, instead of the anti-dandruff lotion, there was a shampoo.
I placed a new order for a lotion and again I noticed while looking at my order confirmation after payment that it was again a shampoo instead of the lotion.

Hello, We do not have an anti-dandruff lotion on our website. Only a shampoo and an exfoliating treatment. Best regards, The Patrice Mulato team
