The structure of the site, and thus the navigation, is not optimal. Too much compartmentalization between the shop, advice, and product presentation. It feels like there are 2 different sites. The advice section could be a bit more detailed on the products and mixtures to choose for this or that desired shade with this or that natural base.

Really a nice project, especially around natural products, not tested on animals.

Everything was perfect except for the one-week delay due to the Colissimo returned to the sender for a false address which turned out to be a bad excuse. If you grant me the free shipping for the next order, I will order a large shampoo and a 200ml repigmenting product.

not bad overall, but I would have preferred a darker color. the mask allows for a more intense color, but after the shaping I don't see the difference. see if this lightens it further...

Very fast shipping and very effective products but some defects on certain shampoo closures so packages sometimes filled with liquid and therefore less shampoo in the bottles
