Nothing to say about the site itself but for the product, the natural coloring 1.0 brown, that was a big miss. I ended up with yellow roots when I was trying to hide them and dry, sticky hair. I do not recommend at all.

Mulato products are great. However, I am very dissatisfied with the delivery which was not made to the selected location, but more than 15 minutes on foot from that location. By clicking on the link that La Poste sends you for the address, we find a photo of a urinal at 4, quai de Gèvres, while the address is located in an underground parking lot, a place that is not safe at night. I urge Mulato to be vigilant with its partners, who, in this specific case, greatly devalues its reputation..

The package arrived well, thank you, however the box was placed upside down but it's not a big deal. I would like to know if coconut oil is part of the ingredients because my hair does not tolerate coconut oil at all (specifically the ingredient coconut? I used it five times, it works on wet hair but on dry hair I do not see the effect at all. So am I supposed to wet my hair before using it every time? While wetting every day can damage my hair.
