Well received my order. Fast shipping. Small downside, the care pot. It looks like it has already been opened. It's a shame there is no safety lid like face creams... because I found a small dead bug inside. After that, I can't wait to test the shampoo & care. I took this format to test and accompany me to maternity after my delivery. I hope the care will last until early May.

I chose color one light brown to cover my roots and stop doing henna as it is very cumbersome for long hair!!! They were barely blonde? I had to redo a henna on top!! I was very disappointed!

I am satisfied with the product and I appreciate the fast delivery. I have light hair with highlights and I will look for a product that makes detangling easier without weighing them down; I need to be told which product I should order. I now have fine and thinning hair and I am looking to regain some volume. Thank you for your advice.

I took the color brown-black. On my white hair, it turned bright orange in places, with even some orange-green parts. Fortunately, I only tried it on a hidden strand. I am really disappointed. I would like recommendations on how to fix this and achieve the dark brown color promised on the box.

I find it very expensive for the quality of the product, especially since for a 50 ml repigmenting product I find it very expensive and even for the 50 ml shampoo as well for the delivery it arrived on time but it does not deserve more than 3 stars especially since the product is applied for example the same day after 15 days 3 weeks it has disappeared you already have to start again there is no economy I find it a shame

I haven’t received my order. It’s showing as “on hold” when I look in my account. I’ve tried contacting Patrice Mulato through the contact area on the website but the message doesn’t go through. I’ve called them but just get a voicemail and can’t talk to anyone. I’ve tried contacting them through facebook, facebook messenger and instagram, but nobody responds. I’m beginning to wonder if the website is even genuine. I’ll have to contact my bank to do a charge back.
