I ordered for the first time on the site. Very fast reception time. I just tested the natural coloring 'color one', I did the test on their site to help me choose the color but the result seems too dark to me and; what is destabilizing is that the container (the bottle) is expressed in ml while to prepare your coloring it's in grams. So, it ends up being very expensive because I practically used the whole bottle just for 1 coloring.

Very bad experience: my package is marked as delivered at the pickup point but it never arrived there. To this day I still don't have my package, I send messages every day to customer service for help and I have received no response, I am very disappointed I do not recommend this site at all.

I am really disappointed. Following a refund request on my order, which is still 'pending' processing, customer service no longer responds to me neither to my emails nor to the phone. The number rings into the void and hangs up automatically. Customer service is managed like a bad relationship on a dating site. If you like being ghosted without explanations, you can go for it! But here, you lose money... I went from a delay of 2/3 working days for the refund to almost 2 weeks... 'Great!'

Disappointed by the delivery time almost 10 days. Product received in a box with chocolate and blood stains. When opening the jar there is no seal to protect the product, result: lots of cream on the opening lid which gives the impression that the product has already been used.

Order placed on August 13. Although a tracking number was given to me, there was no possible indication. I called, the receptionist was really great. She also saw the problem.
