Hello, the hair spray was damaged and the box is completely wet. I need a full refund and the package is being returned to you (I haven't opened anything - it's clear that all the spray has come out of the bottle). Thank you in advance for your quick response

I never received my order.
I contacted customer service but was told to wait 10 days for a response from their logistics and instead of trying to solve my problem, I was offered a 15% discount code. Very disappointed with their way of handling customer requests.

No response from them following a return of the package, non-existent customer service, no refund, I will therefore have to turn to the consumer protection association. Unacceptable in 2024
