I ordered for the first time on the site. Very fast reception time. I just tested the natural coloring 'color one', I did the test on their site to help me choose the color but the result seems too dark to me and; what is destabilizing is that the container (the bottle) is expressed in ml while to prepare your coloring it's in grams. So, it ends up being very expensive because I practically used the whole bottle just for 1 coloring.

I am really disappointed. Following a refund request on my order, which is still 'pending' processing, customer service no longer responds to me neither to my emails nor to the phone.
